In efforts to improve LGBTQIA+ safety and empowerment in the workplace and community, I am offering a comprehensive range of LGBTQIA and queer trainings, workshops, and business consultations at a pay what you can price point. I am happy to consult with you or customize a training for your organization, event, or business to ensure you are providing a diverse and affirming environment- for staff, clients, customers, and all who interact with you! Understanding and respecting the experiences of the LGBTQIA community is crucial in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. The trainings cover a variety of topics, including LGBTQIA history, terminology, allyship, and best practices for fostering inclusivity. Through these trainings/consultations, I aim to educate and enable all community providers and members to become knowledgeable advocates for LGBTQIA individuals, ensuring that everyone feels safe, valued, and embraced within our community as a whole.
