Q-CECI is committed to building and enhancing an interconnected network of LGBTQ+ and queer-affirming service providers, businesses, organizations, companies, and groups to create a central “space” for connection, resourcing, referring, teaching, learning, and sharing using actual queer affirming you-name-its! (No rainbow capitalism here!)

Q-CECI strives to connect an empowered, inclusive network of LGBTQ+ and queer-affirming organizations and service providers. By facilitating collaboration, promoting education, and providing professional development opportunities, this initiative will significantly enhance the well-being and support available to our LGBTQ+ community members. Through strategic collaborative planning, ongoing opportunities for connection, and a commitment to safety and progress in our community, we aim to contribute to safety, inclusivity, and celebration of the LGBTQ+ community!

If you are an organization, business, creator, producer, service provider, etc and you are queer affirming, join us in our collective effort to build a cohesive connection with what VA has to offer! There is no commitment with becoming a “collaborator”. All participation and engagement is up to you! Becoming a collaborator entails your business information being promoted through our list of collaborators and puts you on the email list to receive newsletters, updates, and event invitations. You can decide the information you want shared through the website by letting me know any or all of the following: your name, title, organization, pronouns, contact info, what photo you’d like to use for your image, and your own site to link to. If you would not like to be a collaborator and would only like to receive email updates, please subscribe.

All organizations must be Queer/LGBTQIA+/Trans Affirming and Anti-Racist. We are a collective of agencies promoting inclusivity and affirmation and we will not tolerate or collaborate with organizations who fall short in their acceptance and inclusivity. If you are an organization who would like to make a change within your internal structure to promote safety and improved well-being for those who patron you and the staff, please reach out through the trainings page. I am happy to provide resources for learning, but within a collective it is expected that independent research and learning is done.
